Recap: Denver Nuggets slip to Los Angeles Lakers on the road – Denver Stiffs

The Denver Nuggets started their second straight game in the Staples Center with a great defensive possession and fadeaway jumper from Aaron Gordon to take a quick 2-0 lead over the Los Angeles Lakers. He found Nikola Jokic on the next possession for a layup before Andre Drummond hit a shot in the paint through some contact. The Nuggets had a couple of empty possessions before Alex Caruso hit a corner triple to give the Lakers a lead which was quickly followed up by a triple from Kentavious Caldwell-Pope…
