Sources: Big Ten eyeing possible January start, games in domes – 247Sports

One of the proposals for Big Ten football is starting in January with games in domed stadiums in the Midwest, multiple sources tell Peegs.com.
The idea is for there to be eight Big Ten games starting in early January with games to be played in January and February.
The proposal calls for multiple games to be played on a given day at various sites. Among the sites being discussed are Indianapolis, Detroit, Minneapolis and St. Louis. All three of those cities have domed football stadiums.
