Alaska flight forced back to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport due to aggressive passenger – KIRO Seattle

SEATTLE — An Alaska Airlines flight was forced to return to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport after a man allegedly became belligerent and physically aggressive during the planes ascent Saturday night.
Alaska Airlines officials said it happened on Flight 422, which departed at 11:10 p.m. and was headed to Chicago OHare.
A law enforcement officer who happened to be flying, along with two passengers, subdued the man, Alaska officials said.
The man was taken into custody by other officers waiting at the airport and booked into the King County Jail for investigation of harassment.
